Shipping Policy

In-stock products ship within three business days of receipt of your order. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If product is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Payment for order will be charged when ordered. Shipping/handling charges may include cost of insurance on products shipped from Dee's Diamond Flashers to customer.

Return/Refund Policy

Please Note: Customer is responsible for shipping to and from Dee's Diamond Flashers.

Every flasher comes with Dee's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Simply enclose a note detailing how you wish your return to be handled and return the order to us via UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:
