Dee's Diamond Flashers have proven successful for all salmon species. Dee’s Diamond Flashers are designed to be used with bait (Herring, Anchovies, Sardines, etc.) or spoons, plugs, wobblers, hoochies and flies. Baits may be whole, cut-plug, strips or rotary heads.

Dee’s Flashers may be used with down riggers, divers dipseys, keel (banana) weights, droppers or spreader weights to get to the desired depth. Another advantage of the Dee’s Flasher is that they can be attached anywhere on the fishing line from directly to weights and divers to as far back as you like. Distance will not affect the success of the Flasher. Dee’s Flashers will work with all down rigger quick releases.

In the Ocean, size does matter:

Use the large Dee’s Flashers for depths below 60 feet.

Use the small Dee’s Flashers for depths 30-60 feet.

Use the mini and micro Dee’s Flashers for depths up to 30 feet.

Fishing baits can be run from 12 inches to six feet or more behind the Dee’s Flasher. A good rule of thumb: 

• deeper or dirtier: fish it closer
• shallower or clearer: fish it further back
